It’s been so much fun to be on this journey with you a bit and to be part of the Teaching In Higher Ed community. Bonnie and I, the great thing about our work is we’ve crossed so many paths over the years of teaching, learning, training, and now podcasting. It is all about helping leaders to accelerate their leadership development. I host a podcast called Coaching for Leaders. My credentials include a doctoral degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University, senior instructor certification with Dale Carnegie Training, and a Coach U graduate. I’ve been recognized multiple times with international business awards by Dale Carnegie Training. I aim for practical authenticity in all my work. I am a Senior Vice President with Dale Carnegie of Southern Los Angeles and have led training programs for top organizations like the Northrop Grumman Corporation, The United States Air Force, the Boeing Company, and the University of California system. I’ve found myself at the intersection of business and education throughout my career.
